The Team
Doreen Johnston, Team Leader
Doreen has been on staff at Crosslands Church since November 2004 and has attended since it started in October 2001. Doreen has a terrific daughter, a wonderful son-in-law and two amazing grandchildren, Joshua and Rachael.
We have a terrific team who will roll up their sleeves and provide a helping hand, words of encouragement or whatever we can do for the widows and orphans. Most importantly, we will have the opportunity to show kindness and the love of Christ to people who have nearly lost everything to HIV/AIDs. Their stories are difficult to hear but many have experienced transformation and restored hope through the work done by visitors (like us) and through the work of the wonderful people at Somebody Cares.
